KAMELOT Keyboardist Offering Private Lessons
January 7, 2007KAMELOT keyboardist Oliver Palotai is currently offering private lessons in the Aachen, Germany area for electric and acoustic guitar, piano and synthesizer, music theory and composition. In addition, he is making himself available to bands and recording artists who need "arrangers, producers and composers in the background working for them," according to a posting on his MySpace page. "That might be taking an existing basic song idea and arranging, orchestrating or recording it, or providing a song from scratch. If your band could need that, or you are for example a singer that needs a whole production including all instrument recordings, maybe I can help you."

As previously reported, a video clip of KAMELOT performing the song "When the Lights are Down" on February 11, 2006 at the historic Rockefeller venue in Oslo, Norway has been posted online at YouTube.com. The footage comes off the group's first-ever DVD, "One Cold Winter's Night", which entered the Swedish Music Video chart at position No. 8. KAMELOT enlisted renowned film and video director Patric Ullaeus (DIMMU BORGIR, LACUNA COIL, IN FLAMES) to chronicle the night's events. Bringing with him from Gothenberg, Sweden, Patric had a large crew of professionals and equipment, including 18 cameras, that would be used in and around the concert grounds.
KAMELOT is currently working on a new studio album for a spring 2007 release.
